E\u2019 quanto previsto in una ordinanza firmata oggi pomeriggio dal presidente della Regione Puglia, Michele Emiliano, in vista della \u201cfase 2\u201d dell\u2019emergenza coronavirus. \u201cCon efficacia\u201d da domani 29 aprile e \u201csino al 17 maggio 2020\u200b \u2013 si legge nell\u2019ordinanza \u2013 \u00e8 ammesso lo spostamento all\u2019interno del proprio comune o verso altro comune per lo svolgimento in forma amatoriale di attivit\u00e0 di pesca, esclusivamente nel rispetto di quanto previsto dal decreto del presidente del Consiglio dei ministri e di tutte le norme di sicurezza relative al contenimento del contagio da COVID-19, alle seguenti condizioni: limitatamente alla pesca sia da terra sia in acque interne sia in mare; svolta da persona abilitata all\u2019esercizio della pesca sportiva e ricreativa; con non pi\u00f9 di due persone per imbarcazione, delle quali almeno una abilitata, nel caso di pesca in acque interne o in mare; nel rispetto della normativa vigente in merito all\u2019esercizio della pesca sportiva e ricreativa\u201d.<\/p>

From May 4th until May 17th, individual movement within the regional territory is allowed to reach residences other than the primary one, including second homes for vacation, for carrying out maintenance and repair activities necessary for ensuring safety and preserving property. Finally, starting tomorrow, maintenance and repair activities for recreational boats are also permitted.<\/p>
Furthermore, starting tomorrow, April 29, and until May 17, the following activities will be permitted: takeout services for restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops, and pastry shops, with the obligation to maintain a distance of one meter; the activity of pet grooming establishments, provided that the service is carried out by appointment and without direct contact between people. Additionally, starting tomorrow and until May 17, the opening of cemeteries is allowed \u201cconditional on the adoption of organizational measures to avoid gatherings of visitors,\u201d as stated in the ordinance. Finally, from May 4, a home quarantine requirement will be in effect for those returning to Puglia from outside the region. The previous measure signed last March by President Michele Emiliano has expired, and this measure is now being renewed. From May 4, in fact, the new Dpcm authorizes travel between regions only for work and health reasons. Furthermore, the national decree also permits \u201creturning to one\u2019s home, residence, or domicile.\u201d Therefore, for those returning to Puglia for the reasons specified in the Dpcm, the region imposes certain obligations: first, to inform their general practitioner or the local health authority of their return; then to observe a home stay with self-isolation for at least 14 days, with a prohibition on social contacts; and finally, to remain reachable for any possible surveillance activities and to notify authorities in case of symptoms that may indicate a coronavirus infection.<\/p>
